SALES PROMOTER

Our client, a consumer electronics manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced SALES PROMOTER to assist with the company’s operations.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating general public interest and selling mobile phones and related accessories in retail settings to customers. He/she will also perform the following duties:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and demonstrate mobile phones and accessories to customers in retail
  • Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right mobile phone and accessories to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Engage actively with customers to generate interest and drive
  • Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring that products are properly stocked and visually appealing.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company sales software system.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile phone technology and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and
  • Participate in product training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, High School diploma, or equivalent; additional training in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in the marketing sector.
  • Proven experience in retail sales in the mobile phone industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
